My client is looking for an experienced Property Manager to join their property management team.
As a Property Manager you will be tasked with managing a large portfolio of residential lettings properties; delivering a fast, effective and professional service to Landlords. You need to be conscientious, hard-working and driven to produce results. In return you will receive support and encouragement to progress to a senior level within the company.
The successful candidate will be a strong team player, who is highly organised with excellent communication skills and the initiative to problem solve. Previous experience managing a property portfolio is essential.

Knowledge of residential lettings legislation
Local area knowledge
Key responsibilities and activities will include:
Managing a property portfolio of private residential tenancies throughout the area
Liaising with landlords, tenants, tradesmen, service providers and professional advisor
Liaising with lettings negotiators across network
Arranging and monitoring works and repairs
Preparing tenancy agreements and statutory notices
Arranging property inspections and reporting to landlords
Preparing for Move in/out
Pursuing outstanding monthly rental payments
Mediating between landlords and tenants on any issues or disputes
Handling tenancy deposit returns
Service of notices, S21 and S8
