Our client, a fast growing estate agency and property management firm, is looking to employ a pre tenancy administrator to work in this vibrant office in this busy area.
Customer service is at the core of the service that they provide, and you will have experience of lettings as well as be knowledgeable about the pre -tenancy process. This is a great opportunity to join a very outgoing, vibrant and professional team where you will be able to progress within this company.
Ensuring gas safety and EPC certificates up to date.
Responding of all telephone and email enquiries relating to each property
General filing, archiving and stock checks, invoicing, arranging inventories
Preparation of tenancy agreements and associated paperwork, checking tenant references.
Experience in a similar lettings administrative role.
Great organisational skills with the ability to handle issues in the absence of other members of staff
Good customer service skills and IT skills
