Our client is seeking an experienced, energetic Parts Manager to join their dynamic team of like-minded people. With the wider team your focus will be on creating a class-leading service that generates both volume and profit for a highly respected regional group and a quality car brand.
The Parts Manager is a pivotal member of the team who is able to lead his team to success across a number of K.P.I.’s whilst supporting the customer experience both internally, within the retailer and externally. It’s a hands-on role where you will be able use your aquired knowledge and an array of management data to lead the direction of your team.
This is an ideal position for a proven Parts Manager to develop his career further in a well-organised progressive company that will invest in their future.
You will be able to provide energy and leadership to your team and influence the future success of your business unit; in turn with providing a great service to other retailer functions such as the workshop and sales departments
Once fully inducted you will be able to ensure that set financial budgets and related business K.P.I.s. are achieved. This means being able read the business detail and change direction if required to achieve the overall objectives.
To be fully aligned with and dedicated to the customer and their requirements on a daily basis.
To use the resource and outlined processes at your disposal to achieve the set business goals and objectives
To harness effectively the management tools available to change for the better the customer experience; making decisive and bold decisions to benefit both the business and the customer.
Make the best of the Group Aftersales structure and combined with the wider management team ensure consistent completion of quality work and quality customer service.
Ensure all electronic, traditional records and other documentation generated by your team is compliant to the provided standards.
Demonstrate to the customers and to your team that you are fully aligned and engaged with the Company objectives and long term goals
Being able to validate your previous experience as a Parts Manager is a must have.
Attention to detail
Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal.
Full UK Driving License
