My well respected client, is looking for a Warranty/ Parts Advisor to join its busy dealership. A popular brand, with a growing group.
Advising customers what parts they might need for their vehicle
Taking orders in person, over the phone or by email
Checking availability of parts on computerised stock records
Getting parts from the storeroom or warehouse or ordering them from suppliers
Putting orders together
Raising invoices and issuing receipts
Maintaining shop window and shelf displays
Ordering supplies, putting stock away and updating records
Ensure that any work undertaken meets the manufacturer’s requirements and criteria for warranty claims.
Repair order and all supporting documentation meets the manufacturers required standards.
Assist the Accounts department in the reconciliation of the warranty payments.
Deal with rejected warranty claims.
Delivery from parts coming in to the dealership.
Experience as a Parts Advisor or Warranty Administrator, ideally with a main dealer
Confident communicator, both face to face and over the phone
Attention to detail
A flexible approach towards working
Good communication skills
Good Balanced approach
Kerridge experience an advantage
Ability to work within a team framework
Ability to take instruction
Be customer service focussed
