To provide an accurate and professional parts sales and identification service using a variety of electronic systems. (full training supplied).
To maintain a professional appearance and portray a can-do attitude at all times.
To adhere to and be mindful of at all times the O.E.M. standards.
Checking off and taking in stock from the O.E.M. supplier.
Attending to Trade & Retail Customers enquiries
Daily banking duties
Serving Workshop & Sales Staff
Ordering & Returning Stock
Housing Keeping in the dept
Manage with complete accuracy the warranty and exchange parts to ensure there is no financial loss to the company
Attention to detail
Continuous learning to provide detailed product knowledge
IT literacy skills
Enthusiastic team player
Confident communication both verbally and written
