Part Time Recruitment Resourcer - Full training given - based in Kent
(Hours to suit 9.30 am – 3.00 pm - 2/3 days a week)
Salary up to £16,500 D.O.E. basic pro rata + productivity bonus

We are looking to appoint a Part Time Resourcer to provide essential support to the lead recruitment consultant and directors.
Don’t worry if you do not have any recruitment experience as you will be fully trained and given all the tools you will need to ensure you hit the ground running -
You must however be proactive on the ‘phone and being driven by success and providing exceptional levels of customer service.
Prima Ardelle Associates provides permanent staffing solutions to a range of small and large organisations in the property sector.
You will enjoy a highly varied working week with time spent at our regional office as well as out in the field meeting with clients and candidates where required.
You will be:
Sourcing and selecting candidates
Networking and advertising for potential candidates
Identify skills to match appropriately with vacancies
You’ll be liaising with a range of people, from hiring managers to HR professionals obtaining as much information as possible to make the perfect match.
Be responsible in finding and matching the right applicant for each position
Conduct pre - screening interviews and pre-qualification of candidates before you recruit them.
Provide essential support for the lead recruitment consultant in order to achieve business objectives
You will be able to demonstrate
Good communication skills both verbal and in writing
Able to gain people’s confidence quickly over the ‘phone and put them at ease
Be persuasive, persistent and patient
Be able to cope with pressure and deadlines
Be flexible and adaptable to work different roles
Have a mature personality
Have good organisational and administrative skills
Have the ability to prioritise your work load
Have good IT skills
Be able to work towards targets in a driven team environment
