Part Time Contact Centre Agent - Maidstone
Location: Maidstone
Salary: £12.50 per hour + benefits
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 20-25hrs per week (Required in Afternoon, Monday to Friday. Typically: 12.30-5.30pm or 1pm-5pm)
This role demands strong communication skills and confidence in handling both inbound and outbound calls. You should be a self-motivated and target-driven individual, as you will play a key role in customer retention within the company's aftersales department. Your ability to build rapport, engage customers, and meet performance goals will be essential to success in this position.
