My client, a main car dealership in Eastleigh, is recruiting for a brand new role - a Brand Ambassador. You will be providing customers with support and guidance in the consideration, trial and eventual purchase of a new vehicle from the comfort of their homes at a time which suits them. This role would suit someone who is maybe working in the service department and wants to step in to sales, or someone from a retail/customer facing backward who has a passion for cars.
Key Responsibilities -
Pro-actively seek opportunities to promote the brand, generate test drives and ultimately generate purchases.
Assist customers with questions, queries and information on all the models within the range.
Visit customers at their homes, and take them on test drives at a time that suits them.
Deliver professional tailored test drive experience which is best in class.
Validate the condition of any vehicle to be used as a part exchange.
Support customer in determining/selecting appropriate financing options.
Be the customers point of contact after purchase, to book in for services and any work that is required.
Key Requirements -
A passion for cars and customer service.
You must come from a customer service, retail, sales or automotive service advising background.
Full clean driving licence
Be confident, as this role involves selling to customers in their own homes!
Working hours are Monday - Saturday 8.30am - 6pm. Every Saturday with a day off in the week. Sundays are 1 in 4 - 10am - 4pm.
