My client is looking for a qualified Mortgage Advisor to add to the successful team.  You will need to have proven experience as a Mortgage Advisor preferably gained within a banking, broker or estate agency environment. Being able to give first class service and having a results driven attitude is essential.

Duties:

• Provide high standards of professional advice and recommendations on mortgage products
• Oversee each application through to completion and liaise with administrators and other departments
• Gather sufficient information to identify clients needs
• Build rapport with clients and follow up on all leads
• Ensure all documents have been completed in a timely manner
• Large Lender panel

Requirements:

• Be CeMAP qualified
• Have exceptional communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with customers and clients
• Have a proven track record in achieving and exceeding expectations
• Have a flexible and professional attitude
• Have a full driving licence and own car

The sky is the limit with this position, salary is entirely dependent on your experience, some current advisors are earning well in excess of £70,000.
