MORTGAGE ADMINISTRATOR WANTED FOR IMMEDIATE START

£22-25,000 BASIC SALARY + COMMISSION – MONDAY TO FRIDAY

My client is one of London and Kent’s most successful and ambitious property companies with over 40 offices across Kent and South East London. As they expand further, they are looking to appoint an extremely motivated, enthusiastic and career driven Mortgage Administrator to join them in Bromley.

Do you want to be an integral part of a winning team? Their Mortgage Administrators work with clients from the point they agree to do business until they pay off their mortgage, whilst building lasting relationships. They support the Mortgage Brokers and ensure that clients have the best possible journey.

Duties would include but are not limited to the below:

• Supporting our Mortgage Brokers wherever necessary and help the team to deliver company objectives
• Processing mortgage, insurance and protection applications
• Understanding and adhering to the compliance framework
• Treating customers fairly at all times
• Working within all areas of the business to drive revenue
