MONDAY - FRIDAY ROLE

My client is a dealership within the Tunbridge Wells area who are looking for a highly experienced VEHICLE TECHNICIAN OR MASTER TECHNICIAN to join their friendly team.

As a Master Technician, you will be fully competent in the repairing and servicing of vehicles to the highest manufacturer standards. You will also be required to support the Workshop Controller in the running of the service facility for example delegating and overseeing work to the technician team.

You will be committed to a through self-directed learning and attendance at both internal and external training events continuing to develop your expertise

The role:

• There will be many levels of technical work from diagnostic, to major engine repairs, servicing and pre delivery inspection
• You will need to have a good attention to detail and take pride in your work
• Using the latest diagnostic equipment to detect and diagnose faults and establish work required
• You will need to have good interpersonal communication skills, the ability to converse professionally and appropriately with customers and colleagues alike
• You will be required to adhere to dealer standards as well as manufacturer processes
