Are you an experienced MARKETING MANAGER. We are currently looking for marketing manager to oversee the entire content, communications and PR strategy at this busy property company
You will have a proven track record and able to demonstrate previous work and tasks ideally with a good working knowledge of the UKs housing market place
You will need to nuture and develop a good working relationship with the individual outlets whilst reporting directly to the board.
Working two days a week floating across all offices which means the branches will be covered at least once a month each. The other three days a week will be home based.
Package £30-£60,000 DOE
You will have:
Excellent knowledge of all social media platforms and social media to ensure that customer engagement is reached.
Support and encourage the creation of localised content amongst the outlets and provide full training and knowledge of those platforms.
A thorough understanding of split test for tracking metrics in gauging email campaigns, content, to understand and feedback trends and best performing content, provide KPI’s in order to obtain objective evidence of the progress for future campaign planning.
Deliver a programme of benchmarking and competitor market analyse
A working knowledge of Google for business along with SEO methods to ensure that lead generation is achieved.
Initialise fresh new subject lines and the creation of seasonal content, focused marketing campaigns and content along with promotional copy.
Assist the outlets to editorialise data, facts and figures into market insight and trend forecasting.
Creation of staff and customer newsletters and researching industry topics and trends to produce blog and editorial copy.
PR liaising with all media sources and outlets for branded items and market commentary.
Create adjust all artwork, creation of photography and videography and editing.
A good working knowledge of website & microsite creation and functionality.
Able to work with multiple stake holders within the business.
Identify and manage the individual needs of stakeholders.
Personable, outgoing and able to communicate at all levels.
A diplomatic approach along with building relationships.
Good task management skills and able to deliver in a timely fashion.
Highly professional and proficient both person as well as non-verbal and verbal communications.
