MAINTENANCE CONSULTANT / PROPERTY MANAGER WANTED FOR PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT AND INVESTMENT COMPANY

SALARY £27,000-£30,000 DOE

An opportunity has arisen for a MAINTENANCE CONSULTANT / PROPERTY MANAGER to work within this growing Property Development & Investment company. My client is looking for a highly organised individual with good attention to detail and loves the buzz of a varied day.

Main responsibilities

• Attending site visits
• Taking meter readings
• Taking delivery of supplies on site
• Organising move in packs for new clients
• Liaising with builders and contractors
• Ordering supplies
• Carrying out accompanied viewings
• Liaising with social media companies
• Day to day activities around new builds
• Liaising with utilities companies for new supplies/connections
• General Maintenance duties across portfolio

Skills & Experience Required

• Organised
• Good attention to detail
• A flexible approach to work
• Excellent communication skills over the phone and face to face
• Computer literate
• Full driving licence and car/van is essential

Working hours - Monday to Friday with the occasional Saturday 8.30am - 6pm
