BASIC TO £30,000 D.O.E. REALISTIC O.T.E. OF £42,000 +

Our client, representing a fast-paced Passanger car brand, is looking for Qualified Vehicle Technicians who are Level 3 Qualified to join their existing team.

As a Vehicle Technician you will be an important member of the dynamic workshop team, carrying out service and repair work in a timely manner following the manufacturer guidelines. This is related to a personal productivity bonus, time save bonus and an attendance bonus leading to a realistic and achievable on target earnings. You will be treated with respect as part of our culture is focused on the value our team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full training is provided for this role and is on-going to an agreed plan.
• To contribute to the success of the workshop by maintaining a high standard of work with quality as the overriding consideration.
• Using the variety of tools and equipment available to you to service and repair a range of vehicles.
• Inspect engine and mechanical/electrical components to diagnose issues accurately.
• Using the O.E.M. training that will be provided inspect vehicle computer and electronic systems to repair, maintain and upgrade.
• Take responsibility for your immediate working environment to ensure cleanliness and tidiness is maintained at all times.
• When required, advise customers on vehicle use and explain the work carried out; with the guidance of other team members when required.

Key Requirements:

• Level 3 Qualification in Motor Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent).
• Brand Qualifications desired but not essential
• A willingness to complete further training when required. 
• Full Driving License (essential).
• Own set of basic tools.
