Are client is recruiting for an enthusiastic, self-motivated, team player with good communication skills to join their busy workshop. They are a well-respected family run business that are passionate about their customers and thrive on offering excellent service and building a loyal client base. The successful applicant will be required to undertake vehicle servicing and repairs, Fault diagnosis and defect rectification in line with manufacturers recommendations. We are therefore looking for someone with a strong ability to work unsupervised within time constraints.
As a Vehicle Technician you will be an important member the dynamic workshop team, carrying out service and repair work in a timely manner following the manufacturer guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
To contribute to the success of the workshop by maintaining a high standard of work with quality as the overriding consideration.
Using the variety of tools and equipment available to you to service and repair a range of vehicles.
Inspect engine and mechanical/electrical components to diagnose issues accurately.
Using the O.E.M. training that will be provided inspect vehicle computer and electronic systems to repair, maintain and upgrade.
Take responsibility for your immediate working environment to ensure cleanliness and tidiness is maintained at all times.
Advise customers on vehicle use and explain the work carried out; with the guidance of other team members when required.
Key Requirements:
Level 3 Qualification in Motor Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent).
O.E.M/Brand Qualifications desired but not essential - full training provided
MOT Qualified preferred; but not essential
A willingness to complete further training when required.
Full, clean driving license (essential).
Own tools (desirable but not essential).
