Our client, with a fast growing portfolio is looking to employ a LETTINGSRENEWALS NEGOTIATOR to work in one of their busy offices.
Customer service is at the core of the service that they provide, and you will ideally have experience of lettings as well as be knowledgeable about the renewal process. This is a great opportunity to join a very outgoing, vibrant and professional team where you will be able to progress within this company.
Liaising with Landlord and Tenant on renewal tenancy terms
To ensure all compliance tests are issued to clients for signing upon renewal i.e gas safety certs, EICR, EPC’s.
Responsible for own pipeline at all times
Dealing with Tenancy vacates and re-marketing of properties
To deal with all administration regarding Tenancy renewals including raising invoices, drafting tenancy agreements and issuing section 21.
Negotiating rent increases
All administration regarding the renewal process
Recording monthly figures and reporting to line manager.
Identifying scope for upsell products
Ideally experience in a similar lettings administrative role.
Great organisational skills with the ability to handle issues in the absence of other members of staff
Good customer service skills and IT skills
Team player who can use initiative
A sense of urgency and be able to work to time frames / deadlines
Strong communication skills and ability to articulate complex processes
