Our client, a market leading Estate Agency, are looking to employ a Lettings Office Coordinator/Administrator to work in their high end offices in Chelsea.
Customer service is at the core of the service that they provide, and you will have experience of lettings as well as be knowledgeable about the renewals process. This is a great opportunity to join a very outgoing, vibrant and professional team where you will be able to progress well.
Negotiating tenancy renewals and preparing tenancy agreements
Organising tenancy swaps
Returning of deposits
General administration duties
Answering telephones and handling queries
Check-ins and check-outs
Experience in a similar lettings administrative role.
Great organisational skills with the ability to handle issues in the absence of other members of staff
Good customer service skills and IT skills
