Multi-branch independent Estate Agency are looking for a driven Lettings Negotiator to join their team 

Basic up to £17,000 + OTE circa £30k + Car or Car Allowance

If you are currently a Lettings Negotiator or have previous Lettings experience and want to work for a reputable independent Estate Agency in New Cross then look no further!

As a Lettings Negotiator your duties will include:

• Telephoning customers with new properties that have come available
• Showing people around properties in the local area
• Meeting and greeting customers both face to face and over the phone
• Matching customer needs for renting & letting of properties
• Enjoy generating appointments for viewings and valuations
• General administration duties with basic IT skills & data input

Full, clean driving licence is essential.
