Lettings Negotiator

Multi-branch independent Estate Agency are looking for a driven Lettings Negotiator to join their team 

Basic up to £18,000 + OTE £35,000 to £40,000 + Car Allowance

If you are currently a Lettings or Senior Lettings Negotiator and want to work for a reputable independent Estate Agency then look no further!

Duties will include:

• Telephoning customers with new properties that have come available
• Showing people around properties in the local area
• Meeting and greeting customers both face to face and over the phone
• Matching customer needs for renting & letting of properties
• Enjoy generating appointments for viewings and valuations
• Doing Market Appraisals and winning new instructions
• General administration duties with basic IT skills & data input

Full, clean driving licence & own car essential.
