LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR WANTED - WILL LOOK AT A TRAINEE?

MULTI BRANCH INDEPENDENT ARE LOOKING FOR A FRIENDLY LETTINGS PROFESSIONAL FOR THEIR BUSY BRANCH

SALARY £15-16,000 BASIC DOE OTE CIRCA £22,000

This is a fantastic opportunity to have a career with a well-established and popular Estate Agent who are looking for a Lettings Negotiator / Trainee Lettings Negotiator for their successful branch. The right candidate will be professional, personable, energetic and fun with a positive attitude.

You will be based in Gravesend after an initial few weeks training in a Medway Office.

Duties:

• Telephoning customers with new properties that have come available
• Enjoy generating appointments for viewings and valuations
• Showing people around properties in the local area
• Meeting and greeting customers both face to face and over the phone
• Matching customer needs for renting & buying of properties
• Canvassing/door-knocking
• General assistance and administration with basic IT skills & data input

Requirements:

• You must have a full, clean UK licence & own car
• Minimum 6 months estate agency/ sales/customer experience 
• Excellent communication skills
• You will be articulate
• You will have good interpersonal and people skills
• You will be well-presented and professional in appearance
• You will be proactive and willing to go the extra mile
• You will thrive in a fast-paced and busy environment
• Able to work a 5 days week including a Saturday
• Have a full driving licence and car
