Basic £15,000 with OTE £25/30,000 & Bonuses!

This recognised and family run Estate Agency in Sydenham are looking to expand their team. The ideal candidate will be personable, ambitious and have 1 years Lettings experience.

Key Skills:

• Conducting viewings
• Applicant registrations
• Conducting valuations
• Dealing with landlords and prospective tenants
• Strong negotiation skills
• Resilient canvassing skills
• Administration duties
• You do not need Valuing/ Listing experience as training will be provided on the job.

Requirements:

• 1 years+ experience in residential lettings
• Great sense of humour
• Good communication skills
• Good knowledge of the local area
• Able to work under pressure
• Full UK driving licence
• Clear spoken voice
• Well-presented and professional appearance
• Good attention to detail and organised
