LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR WANTED FOR INDEPENDENT ESTATE AGENCY

AN OPPORTUNITY TO WORK FOR A WELL ESTABLISHED COMPANY

Basic £20- £25,000 DOE OTE £40-50,000

Are you looking for a new opportunity as a LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR? My client is looking for a highly motivated and driven individual either a current Experienced Lettings Negotiator or from a sales/service background to join their dynamic and hard-working team. You will have estate agency or sales/customer service experience working within a targeted environment.

Main responsibilities

• Registering applicants
• Matching and linking properties to customers needs
• Carrying out accompanied viewings
• Negotiating and closing on business
• Liaising with landlords and tenants
• Keeping data base up to date
• Seeking and retaining business

Skills & Experience Required

• Experience as a lettings negotiator or in sales position
• A strong track record of successfully hitting targets
• Good customer service and be customer focused
• Positive, ambitious and enthusiastic
• Excellent communication skills over the phone and face to face
• Full driving licence and car essential
