LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR WANTED FOR BUSY LEADING INDEPENDENT ESTATE AGENTS

£16-20,000 DOE  £45,000 OTE + Car allowance

Are you looking for a new opportunity as a LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR/SENIOR LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR? My client is looking for a highly motivated and driven lettings/senior negotiator to join their dynamic and hard-working team in their successful office. You will ideally have lettings negotiator experience working within an ESTATE AGENTS.

Duties of Lettings Negotiator role will include;

• Conducting viewings and letting properties
• Managing and maintaining an accurate applicant database
• Providing applicants and landlord with regular feedback
• Being proactive and willing to demonstrate skills to seek and retain business

The successful candidate must possess:

• Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• A professional, positive, ambitious and enthusiastic approach
• A strong customer focus
• Desire to meet and exceed targets
• Self-motivation with a `can do` attitude
• High accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work on your own as well as in a team
• Intermediate MS Word, Excel, & Outlook skills
• Full UK driving licence
