My client is looking for a knowledgeable Lettings Negotiator to join their successful branch in Raynes Park. Previous industry experience is essential as you will need to evidence your time within residential Lettings, and have the ability to work in a fast paced, target driven environment.
The position is for a person who is driven, competent and thrives in a busy environment. You must be able to show good communication skills both face to face and over the phone and have a desire to work in a competitive team with uncapped earnings.
As the Lettings Negotiator you will assist in the delivery of; property lets, valuations, financial service appointments, sign-ups and instructions.
A minimum of 12 months residential Lettings experience
Full knowledge of relevant legislation affecting the operation of residential lets
Good negotiation and influence skills
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with a varied audience
A valid UK driving licence and access to your own Vehicle
