BASIC SALARY CIRCA £25K WITH OTE £60k UNCAPPED! COMPANY CAR OR CAR ALLOWANCE AVAILABLE.
Our client is looking for a driven and motivated Lettings Manager to join their Richmond team. The right candidate will be personable and confident with a proven, successful track record as a lister and salesperson.
As a Lettings Manager, your role will involve:
Running morning and team meetings
Generate instructions and manage a team
Setting daily targets for members of the team and monitoring performance
Drive the lettings team at a pace that will deliver results whilst leading from the front and meeting all targets
Profitability of the branch
Carrying out monthly 1-2-1 reviews and annual appraisals
Coaching, training and developing the team
Carry out any such adhoc duties as may be reasonably required from time to time and in connection with the above
Achieving the portfolio balance between managed, rent demand and let only business
The Individual will be:
Currently running a branch with at least 4 year's experience in Lettings
Intermediate MS Word, Excel, & Outlook skills
Strong administration skills
Proactive and organised
Determined and resourceful
Extremely customer focused
A professional approach
High accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent standard of communication
Ability to work well in a team environment
Working a 3 week rolling rota - 5 day / 5 day / 6 day
Monday to Friday - 8:45am till 6:00pm
Saturdays - 9:30am till 4:30pm
