Basic salary up to £20,000 + circa £40,000 OTE + pool car - 5 day working week
This is a brilliant opportunity to have a career with a premium estate agency brand with multiple offices who can offer growth and progression. They are looking for an experienced LETTINGS MANAGER or ASSISTANT LETTINGS MANAGER with excellent organisational skills.
As the Lettings Manager you will be responsible for:
Maximising the branches income revenue and grow the property register as the main lister in the branch
Maintain and develop excellent working relationships with your client database encouraging repeat business and recommendations
Be an effective team manager and implement action planning and delivery of the plan
To maximise the branch profit and achieve KPI’s
Create the largest active market share of any lettings agent in the area
Valuation experience essential
The ideal candidate will:
Ideally have previous Lettings Management or ALM experience and be highly customer service driven and experienced
Implement and ideas and initiative to improve market growth
Strive to be motivated and enthusiastic at all times
Display high presentation standards of service delivery
Have excellent organisational and administrative skills
Have experience with producing Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreements
Be motivated by targets, tenacious with a proven track record of personal growth and achievement
Have a full UK driving licence
