Basic £28/30,000 DOE £50,000 OTE + Car allowance (Guarantee for 6 months @ £50,000)

My client, an independent agent is on a mission to grow their lettings portfolio in 2022 and is looking for a strong Lettings Manager to help them do it. You will be solely responsible for the lettings side of the business so you will be fully in charge of growing the market share and your personal earnings.

Duties will include:

• Telephoning customers with new properties that have come available
• Showing people around properties in the local area
• Meeting and greeting customers both face to face and over the phone
• Matching customer needs for renting and letting of properties
• Enjoy generating appointments for viewings and valuations
• General administration duties with basic IT skills & data input
• Valuing/listing properties to let (training will be given)
• Managing a team to achieve results
• Consistently hitting targets
• Generating leads

Full, clean driving licence & own car essential
