My client a multi branch and branch independent agent is looking to employ a motivated, hands-on, experienced and enthusiastic Lettings Manager / Senior Lettings Manager to run their successful Lettings office..

You will have a proven track record in Residential Lettings, have a full driving licence and your own car and passion for driving results.

Key Duties:

• Managing a Lettings Office
• Driving business levels forward, canvassing, valuing and selling /letting properties and generating new business
• Motivating, managing and leading by example.
• Grow volume of new lettings business
• Meet and exceed targets
• Carry out monthly 1-1's with staff
• Register, qualify and manage applicants
• Conduct viewings
• Be Accountable for customer care
• To work in accordance with a legal obligations without exception

Requirements:

• Have sound business ethics
• Hands-on and willing to 'muck in'
• Excellent knowledge of the whole lettings process and legislation 
• The ability to negotiate
• Sound business ethics
• Be tenacious and a self starter
• Well developed interpersonal skills
• ARLA preferred but not essential

The Lettings Manager will be a confident lister and salesperson in addition to running a compliant business with an excellent understanding of the property industry, and will have experience overseeing and managing a team.
