SALARY £16-20,000 DOE
My client, in THE WEST MALLING AREA is looking for a enthusiastic and hard working Lettings Coordinator to join their team. The right candidate will have ADMINISTRATION experience and be ready to take on a new challenge in their busy lettings department.
Dealing with a wide range of clients and contractors on a daily basis
Organising repairs and quotes
Dealing with Tenants and Landlords documentation
Processing tenant references and guarantors references
Constructing contracts and organising required services i.e booking gas certificates, EPC'S, cleans and inventories.
Taking tenants deposits
Use management software systems
Experienced in administration
Excellent customer service
Good eye for detail
Ability to use Microsoft Word Construct e-mails
Good organisation skills
Must be able to adapt quickly into a friendly office environment
Have capability to learn Have good telephone manner
