QUALITY ESTATE AGENCY ARE LOOKING FOR A LETTINGS ADMINISTRATOR TO JOIN THEIR TEAM
BASIC SALARY UP TO £23K DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE
This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a reputable and highly successful Estate Agency in their Morden branch! If you are highly organised with experience in Lettings Administration or Property Management this could be the role for you.
Duties will include but not limited to:
Liaising with tenants, landlords and contractors in order to arrange repairs to rented properties
Taking a methodical approach to work by prioritising workload
Obtaining quotations for works prior to agreement
General office admin duties
Some accounts duties
Our client is looking for:
Good knowledge of the local area
Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team
Ability to work under pressure
Excellent communication skills
Great attention to detail
Lettings administration experience
