LETTINGS ADMINISTRATOR WANTED FOR LEADING INDEPENDENT AGENT

SALARY £20-22,000 DOE
My client, an independent Estate Agency are looking for a LETTINGS ADMINISTRATOR to add to the team to support the lettings and property management teams.They are looking for someone who is hard-working, organised and personable with excellent IT/Administration skills.
As a Lettings Administrator your role will be as follows:
Arranging check in/move ins
Invoicing and other related admin
Taking and registering deposits
To communicate effectively with all landlords, tenants and contractors.
To maintain an excellent working relationship with all landlords, tenants and contractors.
Preparing tenancy agreements
Arranging safety checks
The individual will have:
Experience of administration
Excellent telephone manner
Be able to work to tight deadlines
The ability to work under pressure
Proven customer service skills.
Strong problem solving skills and be able to work on own initiative
Competent knowledge and use of the Microsoft Office suite
Professional approach and appearance
Working hours Monday to Friday 8.45am to 6pm
