BASIC SALARY £20 - £25,000 DOE - MONDAY TO FRIDAY HOURS

My client, a well established Estate Agency are looking to recruit an efficient and professional LETTINGS ADMINISTRATOR for their Surbiton branch.

My client is looking for a lettings administrator to support their back-office departments. You will be providing support the Progression, Renewals/End of Tenancy and account teams with daily tasks in an Administration experience for this role is necessary and the candidate will have a good understanding of Excel and Word. The ideal candidate will have good attention to detail, be able to work to time frames/deadlines and ideally have some property administration experience.

Renewal/ end of tenancy/ accounts main duties include but not limited to;

  • Liaising with Landlord and Tenant on renewal tenancy terms
  • Maintain and build relationships with clients to ensure a good customer service.
  • Responsible for own pipeline at all times
  • Dealing with Tenancy vacates and re-marketing
  • To ensure all compliance tests are issued to clients for signing upon renewal i.e gas safety certs, EICR, EPC’s.
  • Ensure all databases and systems are kept up to date
  • To deal with all administration regarding Tenancy renewals including raising invoices, drafting tenancy agreements and issuing section 21.
  • Liaising with clients re queries
  • Identifying scope for up sell products
  • Compiling all required legal documents from Landlord’s
  • To ensure all compliance certificates are obtained prior to move in.
  • To organise and deal with terms of business between company and client.
  • Referencing of new tenants
  • Arranging the inventory/check in
  • Drawing up tenancy agreements
  • To update clients with the progress of tenancies
  • Daily use of Adobe Echosign to send out paperwork
  • Arrange pre-tenancy cleans
  • Occasional receipting and reconciling of daily incoming payments
  • Keeping account data up to date
  • To assist within the team at busy periods and provide cover for any leave.
  • Rent arrear chasing
  • Payment run
