This is an excellent opportunity for you to become involved in residential agency, allowing you to develop a good understanding of customer service and the property industry, experience is not essential as full training will be provided.
Review Tenant references and feedback to the front office Manager
Arranging safety checks for new tenancies
Reviewing and Arranging works agreed for new tenancies.
Dealing with pre tenancy maintenance issues, arranging contractors, arranging access and paying Invoices
Approving and Executing Tenancy Agreements
Administrative duties, through our internal software’s, etc
Meeting with Managers monthly to provide feedback
Work closely with Senior Management in the implementation of new software platform
Smart and well presented
Preferably with some work experience - perhaps from a retail/customer service environment
Good organisational skills
Strong communicator, both verbally and written
Personal experience of buying/selling/letting OR renting
Organised and self-motivated
Reliable and committed
High tolerance levels and empathetic nature
Someone who has had previous experience working under pressure
Flexibility to go to the extra mile when business demands
