EXCELLENT PACKAGE £27-35,000 DOE
We are currently recruiting for a well-established quality multi branch independent agent in Medway.
My client is one of the market leaders in its field locally and are looking for a HEAD OF PROPERTY MANAGEMENT/LETTINGS to manage the existing portfolio and manage the growth.
Responsible to the Directors for overall management, development and profitability of Residential Property Management. To generate new business and retain existing clients by promoting and delivering a high standard of professional service. To instil and develop a good team spirit and ensure that staff are well trained/kept up-to-date in all aspects of Property Management.
MAIN TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
To manage the team,portfolio & Lettings business
Manage your own portfolio
To provide an effective service to landlords and tenants
Hold morning meetings
To delegate the day-to-day running of the Department and oversee/check on progress
To deal with complex and sensitive issues/complaints; liaise with landlords and Property Managers as necessary.
To develop the Property Management & Lettings team
To engender a culture of good public relations and customer care
To set a good example and high professional standards of work that others will follow
Widespread knowledge, experience and understanding of property management
Experience of managing a team
High standard of professional ethics
Excellent PR and communication skills
Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels
Sound knowledge of related legal frameworks and current/previous legislation
Committed to providing high standard of customer care
Team leader and player
ARLA qualified ideally
