My client a Specialist Car Dealer in Chelmsford is looking for a candidate who will be responsible for managing a team of 8 individuals. They will need extensive knowledge of finance so ideally someone from a background such as a finance brokerage, someone with strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate individuals but also train and develope the taem.
Experience within a financial background, ideally some motor trade experience;
Proven management/leadership of a team experience;
demonstrates the ability to work well under pressure;
excellent relationship building, customer facing and negotiating skills;
organised with the ability to manage conflicting demands;
honest and respectful with a strong sense of integrity;
possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to use own initiative;
Hours: 45 hrs per week (Monday to Friday, 9am – 6.30pm (x2) and Midday to 9pm (x2), Saturday 9am – 6pm, alternative Sundays 10am – 5pm)
