HANDY MAN / INVENTORY CLERK REQUIRED TO HELP WITH BUSY PORTFOLIO
A busy multi branch independent estate agents is looking for a HANDY MAN / INVENTORY CLERK / MAINTENANCE PERSON to help look after a busy portfolio. You will need to have experience in this type of position, be organised and a good communicator. A COMPANY VAN will be provided.
Check in Inventory using Inventory Base
Check out inventory – report prepared alongside check in report showing differences
Compile a breakdown of works chargeable to tenant and works required chargeable to landlord.
Take meter readings where needed and provide them to the utility providers (Mainly communal meters)
Attend properties to meet contractors at site and delivery drivers for appliances
Some odd jobs, changes locks, toilet seats, shower hoses etc.
Fit smoke alarms and carbon monoxide alarms in property that don’t have them.
Gets keys cut if needed ready for move in
Complete monthly HMO fire alarm test and update the manuals on site
Your working day will be Monday to Friday 8.30am – 6pm with occasional Saturdays 8.45am to 3pm but then a day off in the week.
