My client is looking for an experienced SALES ADMINISTRATOR.
You MUST have experience in a similar role within the motor industry. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dealer group who provides excellent career opportunities.
You must be able to demonstrate the highest levels of professionalism and customer service with a proven track record
You must be able to motivate yourself to provide the highest levels of customer service
You will be a good communicator - able to communicate effectively to customers (face to face and over the phone)
You will need to work both independently and as part of a team
You will need to have strong IT skills and if possible have experience using Kerridge/Pinnacle
Create and record all new vehicle information
Registering New Cars and Taxing Vehicles
Accurate completion of all sales invoices
Sales Paperwork for vehicle ordering and preparation for handover
Liaising with Sales Executives in order to work as a team and provide an excellent level of customer service
