Basic salary up to £25,000 plus O.T.E of £30,000 

My client, an established and successful Estate Agents are looking for a Property Manager to join their busy and growing team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and independent working individual looking to work in a very busy but welcolming office. You will offer excellent service levels and strive to do your best for clients at all times. Experience in lettings coordination/property management is essential.  Administration support will be provided.


  • Conducting property inspections and producing landlord reports
  • Follow up and respond to all customer queries in a timely manner
  • Logging deposits with DPS scheme, itemising deposit deductions and dealing with DPS claims
  • Build and foster relationships with tenants, landlords, colleagues and suppliers
  • Constantly monitor and curtail any rental arrears
  • Completing check-out inspections
  • Dealing and reporting check in reports
  • Booking and carrying out mid term visits
  • Making sure that Gas, Electric and other safety certificates are up to date
  • Organise repair quotes and works as necessary
  • Use management software system in line with business operating requirements


  • Top customer service is paramount
  • Excellent communication skills including phone face to face and email
  • Driving licence is essential - Pool car available in working hours
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Time Management
  • Influencing and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team with innovative contributions
  • Enthusiastic, positive outlook excellent communication skills
  • Be able to work independently and as part of a small team

Monday - Friday - NO WEEKENDS!
