Our client, a well-established and respected Estate Agents, are looking for a VALUATION MANAGER for this busy office.
This is an exciting opportunity for a SENIOR NEGOTIATOR / VALUER / MANAGER who is looking for fantastic earning potential and have a passion for listing. This will suit a successful Senior Negotiator on the way up or a current manager who loves listing and earning great money but does not want the hassle of staff and managing a branch. - You must be able to show good communication skills both face to face and over the phone and have a desire to work towards targets in a competitive environment in return you will be responsible for:
A proven track record in valuing and listing houses for sale
Supervising and guiding the team to provide a steady stream of valuation opportunities
Strong closing skills
Seeking opportunities by way of leaflet distribution, door knocking, cold calling and telephone contact
Must have qualities:
Be smart in appearance
Have a 'Never say Die' attitude
Be driven by results and success
You must have a proven track record in residential sales and have knowledge of the London market.
This is a dynamic role where you no two days are the same and you really get out of the role what you are prepared to invest in to it.
