You will be polished and presentable but above all be able to demonstrate a proven track record in selling property and managing your pipeline of business.
In short you will know where your next deal is coming from on a daily basis and able to sell in a consultative manner maximising on the opportunities that present to you operating for a leading London firm with all the backing and resources you will need in order to be a shining light within this excellent company.
Meeting and greeting clients and purchasers both face to face and over the phone
Matching customer needs for buying & selling of properties
Enjoy generating appointments for viewings and valuations
Pro-actively telephoning customers with new properties that have come available
Showing people around properties in the local area
General administration duties with basic IT skills & data input
You will have estate agency experience and be on top of your game but desire more
