BASIC SALARY £18K - £25K DOE 1ST YEAR £50K OTE + BENEFITS 

This is a brilliant opportunity to have a career with a premium estate agency brand who offer fantastic career progression up to regional level. They are looking for an experienced VALUER/LISTER looking for a perfect opportunity as the branch number 2

As the VALUER/LISTER you will be responsible for:

  • Provide support to the Branch manager in developing and maintaining the largest market share within your area
  • Ensure all personal and branch activity and income targets are exceeded.
  • Produce high quality marketing brochures, including photographs, property descriptions and web marketing initiatives
  • Provide exceptional customer service at all times as well as encouraging recommendations and repeat business
  • Be responsible for running the market appraisal generation activity and follow up on all activities
  • Achieve high conversion levels of bringing property stock to the market place with sole agency instructions
  • Act as the point of contact in the branch manager’s absence to ensure success within the branch
  • Assist and support the branch manager with the structure and organisation of the office

The ideal candidate will:

  • You will have previous estate agency experience along with proven track record and success in similar roles
  • You will be target driven and tenacious, with a proven track record of achievement
  • Have the ability to act as a role model to your staff as well as adhere to company standards, whilst continuously exceeding your activity and income targets
  • Possess excellent communication skills both over telephone as well as face to face to ensure the development of strong working relationships
  • Have previous valuation/ listing experience
  • Be driven, motivated and enthusiastic at all times
  • Possess high standards of service and personal presentation
  • Have good organisational skills
  • Be ambitious and career orientated
  • Be a car owner with a full driving licence
