Digital Car Sales Executives

The recent pandemic has triggered a major change in our “retailing habits” forcing many customers into digital retailing to avoid direct personal contact, and with it, the relationship between a physical showroom visit and the digital enquiry has altered for good.

In response to this change, our client, has swiftly invested in creating a fresh customer journey that is innovative, engaging and personalised for reach individual customer. To enable this to deliver the required results a new role has  been created ~ Digital Sales Executive

Does this sound like you?

  • An ever-questioning mind set – which absorbs new ways of working, details about products and new technologies and then is able to engage in a transparent way and inform the customer using a suite of digital tools.
  • Excellent communication skills – listening as well as talking. Displaying a calm ‘nothing is too much trouble’ attitude; being responsive and flexible to the customers requirement.
  • Self-assured – a personality that smiles and is able to connect with our customers without being in a face to face environment. Nurturing leads and helping the Group shape its future online sales experience.
  • Able to process detail – to learn and follow a structured process using a variety of electronic systems whilst delivering an excellent customer experience (full training provided).
  • Passion and a zest for life – to self-motivate yourself and focus on the customer as well as providing consultative feedback to your manager to assist in continuous improvement.

As a Digital Car Sales Executive you will be given the opportunity to build a career for yourself; earning whilst you learn. The leadership team is well structured, capable and rehearsed at delivering a training programme which means your potential to earn is a reality.  

To apply you must have:

  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
  • At least 2 A Levels or an equivalent qualification
  • IT skills, (MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
  • GCSE Maths and English.
  • Previous sales or customer service experience is an advantage
  • A passion and determination to succeed - everything else can be added

This role requires you to be a people person, have an authentic personality and have high standards of verbal and written communication.
