BASIC SALARY UP TO £23,000 DOE
This is a brilliant opportunity to have a career with a Estate Agent who are looking for a DEPOSITS AND RENEWALS ASSISTANT for their busy branch.
My client are looking for someone who is willing to "muck-in", remain calm under pressure and with a good sense of humour. In return you will join a team fun team of dedicated Estate Agents.
Liaising with Tenants and Landlords to agree renewal contracts in a timely manner with mutual agreement from both parties
Drawing up contracts in a timely fashion and ensuring signed contracts are received before the tenancy term
Preparing invoices and ensuring payments are received
Organising the registration and release of deposits
General office admin duties
Excellent communication skills
You will be articulate
You will thrive in a fast-paced and busy environment
You will have good interpersonal and people skills
You will be well-presented and professional in appearance
A desire to continuously learn and increase competency level
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Good computer skills especially Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
