This is an expansive, newly created position aimed at delivering operational leadership to a team of experienced technicians whilst managing the back-of-house aftersales processes to deliver great customer service.
As our clients new Customer Service Manager you will be hands-on driving the workshop performance and playing a significant role in supporting the customer facing team in their daily task to deliver a great customer service every time without leaving anything left to chance.
Managing aftersales processes to ensure customer satisfaction and workshop KPI’s are achieved consistently.
Providing support and additional leadership to the team of Customer Consultants
Workshop loading and diary utilisation leading to optimum workshop efficiency
Oversee the EVHC process to ensure additional work is both identified and explained to the customers in a timely manner
Managing responsibility for parts stock control, ordering and accurate warranty submission
Staff development and training
MOT compliance and Health & Safety
The ideal candidate will have good operational knowledge and experience within a main dealership combined with the ability to be agile and adaptable in their approach to working ~ never being closed to new ideas or new ways of working.
