Basic Salary £23,000 to £26,500 D.O.E + Performance Bonus + Other Benefits
My client is a forward-thinking group representing a quality brand of Trucks and Light Commercial Vehicles in East Anglia. This is a brand that is well-placed for the future and ahead of market in terms of an all-Electric Vehicle range. Due to continued expansion the search has widened for a customer-centric advisor to join the team.

Working as a key member of the aftersales team this role offers you the opportunity to use your customer service skills and organised administration abilities to create happy customers. You will be responsible for handling inbound enquiries; both aftersales bookings and fresh sales leads which you will allocate to a sales executive electronically using the CRM system. Full training will be given to ensure you effortlessly follow a set process with every customer. This means you can apply your focus onto the customer experience.
In addition to a competitive basic salary that’s determined by previous experience there are other benefits too:
Handle inbound enquiries and arrange customer service bookings
Ensure bookings efficiency by loading the workshop diary
Develop long-lasting relationships with customers to ensure customers are retained for the future
Up date DMS and CRM system during and after each booking
Make outbound calls to advise customers of vehicle inspections or manufacturer recalls
Manage inbound sales enquires and allocate to sales executives
What my client is looking for:
To be selected for this role you will ideally have previous experience as a Service Advisor, Contact Centre Advisor or at the very least a background in a similar position where you can demonstrate customer service was at the centre of the role.
Its an essential requirement that you can demonstrate and articulate a genuine desire to consistently deliver outstanding customer service.
