CREDIT CONTROLLER VACANCY AVAILABLE WITHIN PROPERTY MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT

SALARY UPTO £23,000 DOE
My client, a multi branch independent Estate Agents are looking for a Credit Controller to add to the team. You will ideally need a minimum of 1 years+ Property Management or credit control experience to be considered. They are looking for had working individual who is ambitious, and enthusiastic with excellent communication skills.
Ideally you will have experience of property management & credit control and your role will be as follows:
Chasing tenants for rent arrears
Arranging payment plans
Communicating with landlords and tenants regarding rent arrears
Organisation of section 8 notices
Potential court attendance
Managing rent insurance claims
Adhoc duties as and when
The individual will have:
Ideally experience of credit control and lettings
Excellent telephone manner
Be able to work to tight deadlines
The ability to work under pressure
Proven customer service skills.
Strong problem solving skills and be able to work on own initiative
Competent knowledge and use of the Microsoft Office suite would be helpful
Professional approach and appearance
