EXCITING OPPORTUNITY WITHIN A MAIN LEADING CAR DEALERSHIP

COMPETITIVE BASIC SALARY UP TO £20,000+ D.O.E & BENEFITS

MONDAY TO FRIDAY 8.30am to 5.30pm

My client a main dealer in Tunbridge Wells who provides excellent further career progression? My client, is seeking a Contact Centre Agent to join their existing team within their busy Service Department. Don't miss out on this one, interviews are available immediately.

Duties will include:

  • Contact customer and prospects by telephone
  • Identify and overcome objections
  • Ensure customer awareness of all products and services available
  • Take booking by obtaining and verifying information
  • Maintain database and contact call logs
  • Manage targeted numbers of outbound calls in a timely manage to secure bookings
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
  • Feedback on a daily/weekly basis to specific manufacturers using specific reporting software
  • Processing daily/weekly email and postal communications to database.
  • Provide product/service information by answering questions and offering assistance
  • Professionally sell additional products, services and repair work as appropriate to customer's needs
  • Promote and prospect the business as directed with confidence and commitment
  • Daily customer service follow-up calls.

Skills and experience required:

  • 12 months experience in a contact centre/sales environment
  • Confident and effective communication skills
  • Ability to gain commitment to appointment bookings and up sell products when they arise
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
  • Ability to work in a pressurised environment to achieve results
  • Able to work to set targets and objectives for the business
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, database management
  • Proficient in relevant computer applications and call centre systems
