SALARY £24 - £26,000 DOE
My client, a well established and very successful estate agent is looking for a Client Account Administrator to join their head office team in Hampstead. You will need to have Lettings Aadministration experience, be good with numbers, self motivated and be able to work in a fast paced environment.
Check that new tenancies entered onto the system have been added correctly and in line with the terms of agreement, including checking commission calculations
Following up on outstanding or inconsistent information
Check information for non-resident landlords
Deal with general day to day accounts office queries including:
Updating landlord / tenant / tenancy details
Verifying new bank account details with landlords
Assisting branches (UK and overseas) with queries such as confirming if funds have been received
Checking position on outstanding rents
Providing information to landlords and tenants
Providing copy statements and annual accounts summaries to landlords
Answering telephone call enquiries
Providing backup support to other colleagues in the team
Lettings Administration experience is essential
experience with a client accounts team is preferable
You must be comfortable with numbers and calculations
