Our client, a popular and well respected retail group is looking for an experienced and motivated Car Sales Executive to join their team. Great team leadership is in place and the future genuinely looks good with career progression and competitive package!

Key Responsibilities:

  • To sell and promote the sale of all new and used vehicles in line with all aspects of dealership and manufacturer standards
  • Confidently build rapport with customers to identify and establish their needs, and proactively promote suitable vehicle features and benefits
  • Provide the highest levels of customer service - understanding the importance of repeat business
  • To achieve both new and used vehicle sales targets along with secondary accessory and financial services targets

Key Requirements:

  • You must have a minimum of 2 years car sales experience, ideally at main dealer level
  • You must have a stable career history that you can present and demonstrate clearly during an interview
  • Experience working within a defined sales process within a main dealership (desirable)
  • A desire to grow and develop within the role to be ready for future progression
  • A UK driving licence is essential
