My client, a long established local main dealer is looking for an out going motivated individual to join their team. Great dealer group, who provides an excellent training and working environment, career progression and competitive package! A good basic salary and commission plus a company car.

Key Responsibilities:

• To sell and promote the sale of all new and used vehicles in line with all aspects of dealership and manufacturer standards
• To achieve both new and used vehicle sales targets along with secondary accessory and financial services targets
• Confidently build rapport with customers to identify and establish their needs, and proactive promote suitable vehicle features and benefits
• Be a confident negotiator and closer
• Provide the highest levels of customer service - understanding the importance of repeat business
• be forward thinking and very aspirational

Key Requirements:

• No experience neccessary
• Experience working within hospitality or customer service 
• A full clean UK driving licence
